Smooth Ceiling Finish

KOLIR LTD provides smooth ceiling finishing in Calgary and surrounding communities. This service creates a non-textured appearance for homeowners and contractors who prefer a simple ceiling surface.

What the Service Covers

• Assessment of the existing ceiling and coatings.
• Joint and surface preparation within the agreed scope.
• Skim coating where needed to improve consistency.
• Sanding and detailing before the specified next stage.

A Finish Planned Around Your Ceiling

New drywall, painted ceilings and previously textured surfaces require different preparation. Existing texture removal, damaged board replacement and extensive repairs are assessed separately and included where agreed.

A smooth appearance does not automatically mean the ceiling has received a Level 5 finish. If Level 5 is required, it should be specified in the scope. Priming and painting are also confirmed in the estimate.
