Before Removal Begins

Older ceiling materials may contain asbestos. Suspect materials need appropriate assessment and testing before they are disturbed. If asbestos is identified, specialist handling must be arranged before standard removal or finishing work proceeds. Asbestos testing and abatement are not included in this service description.

Choose Your New Finish

After removal, the ceiling may need repairs, skim coating and sanding. Smooth finishing, knockdown texture, priming and painting are included only as specified in the estimate.
